You can escalate a Jira Service Management work items to other Jira products by creating a linked work item. Jira teams get the most use of this technique when they can view and comment on work items in your service project.
Both administrators and agents can create a linked work item.
リンクされた作業項目を作成する
作業項目を開きます。
Select Link work item.
[+ Create linked work item (+ リンクされた作業項目を作成)] を選択します。
リンクするプロジェクトを選択して、残りの詳細を入力します。
[作成] を選択します。
