What does this mean for existing Opsgenie users?
If you’re planning to migrate your Opsgenie to Jira Service Management, you can now plan your migration from Settings > Migrate Opsgenie in your Opsgenie. Schedule an Opsgenie migration.
If you’ve already merged Opsgenie and Jira Service Management, your next step is to permanently move your Opsgenie data from Settings ( ) > Products > Move Opsgenie to Jira Service Management in your Jira Service Management. Start moving Opsgenie to Jira Service Management.
Why was the merge process discontinued?
Atlassian has built Opsgenie’s alerting and on-call capabilities directly into Jira Service Management and Compass. The new migration process ensures that all alerting features are moved seamlessly to your chosen product without requiring a merge.
