Approve or decline a request on a work item
Some requests require approvers for a work item to progress or be resolved. For example, a purchase request might require someone’s approval for the purchase to be permitted. If you’re set as an approver, you can approve or decline it from the work item view.

Open a work item.
Find the This requires your approval panel.
Approve or Decline the request.
