Create, edit, or delete a shortcut
If there are websites or links that your team needs to access frequently, you can add them as shortcuts to the sidebar.
You need to be a project admin to create, edit, or delete shortcuts.
Create a shortcut
To create a shortcut:
- In your project, select Add shortcut. 
- In the Web address field, enter the URL of the shortcut you want to create. Be sure to include the http:// or https:// prefixes. 
- In the Name field, enter a name for the shortcut. This will appear in the sidebar. 
- Select Add. 
Any shortcuts you create will appear in the sidebar.
Edit or delete a shortcut
To edit or delete a shortcut:
- From the sidebar, find the shortcut you want to edit and hover over it. 
- Select Edit (). 
- To edit your shortcut, make your desired changes, then select Update. 
- To delete your shortcut, select Remove shortcut.
