Collaboration doesn't just happen on pages and live docs. Often you'll need to collaborate with your team on documents, presentations, images, and spreadsheets. Whether it's mockups for a new marketing campaign or a full project plan, you can simplify your team's feedback loop by working together on files in Confluence.
ファイルの共有
Share the file directly with your team just like you'd share a page or live doc.
ファイルを共有するには、次の手順を実行します。
Select the number listed next to Files in the Details panel, which can be access from the floating action bar at the bottom right of your screen when viewing content.
Select View from the Actions column to preview the file.
[共有] を選択します。
メール アドレス、ユーザー名、またはグループ名を追加してメッセージを入力し、[共有] を選択します。
チーム メンバーにはファイルへのリンクとメッセージを含むメールが送信されます。
ファイルにコメントする
Only files added through the Attachments macro will allow comments.
ファイルにコメントを追加するには、次の手順を実行します。
コメントするファイルの行を選択します。
Select View at the bottom to preview the file.
プレビューの下部からピン アイコンをドラッグし、コメントしたい場所にドロップします。
コメントを追加して [保存] をクリックします。
ピン留めされたコメントはインライン コメントと同様に機能します。メンションやリンクを使用して、必要な数だけピンをドロップできます。ページへのコメント追加権限のあるユーザーなら誰でも、ファイルにコメントを追加したり、返信したりできます。
ファイルをプレビューすると、既存のコメントに対するピンが表示されます。コメントを見るには、ピンと選択します。
Once the conversation is finished, you can resolve the comment to hide it (and any replies) from view. If you need to see resolved comments again, filter for resolved comments only from the comments panel to reopen them.
You can't comment on files that are linked from other webpages or files that can't be previewed (such as videos and zip files).
