Watch pages, live docs, spaces, whiteboards, and blogs
ウォッチ機能によって、Confluence コンテンツの最新情報を把握できます。何かをウォッチすると、Confluence からウォッチ中のコンテンツの変更に関する通知メールが送信されます。
You can watch pages, live docs, blog posts, or entire spaces and receive email notifications whenever the watched content is added to, edited, or deleted, including notifications about attachments and comments. For whiteboards, you'll only be notified of mentions or replies in comments.
By default, Confluence will assign you as a watcher of any content that you create or edit. This behavior is called “autowatch”.
You'll receive immediate emails for time-sensitive notifications (like mentions and new pages).

You will not receive email notifications for content changes due to the output of a macro, only when the content itself has been edited.
You need 'View' permission for the page, live doc, whiteboard, blog post, or space to receive notifications.
You can stop watching a page, live doc, whiteboard, blog, or space at any time.
Watch a page, live doc, whiteboard, or blog post
To start watching a page, live doc, whiteboard, or blog post:
Go to the page, live doc, whiteboard, or blog post.
Select Watch settings from the More actions ( … ) menu at the top right of your screen. Select the option you prefer.
To stop watching a page, live doc, whiteboard, or blog post:
Go to the page, live doc, whiteboard, or blog post.
Select Watch settings from the More actions ( … ) menu at the top right of your screen. Unselect the option you prefer.

The quickest way to watch all pages, live docs, whiteboards, and blog posts in a particular space:
Go to any page, live doc, whiteboard, or blog post in the space.
Select Watch settings from the More actions ( … ) menu at the top right of your screen. Select Watch all content in this space.
スペースのウォッチを停止するオプションのチェックを外します。
新しいブログ投稿が追加されたときのみ通知を受ける
スペースにブログ投稿が追加されるたびに通知を受け取るように設定できます。
新しいブログ投稿がスペースに追加されるたびに通知を受け取るには、次を実行します。
Go to that space’s overview page.
Select More actions and then check the option to Watch new blog posts
これで、新しいブログが追加された場合のみに通知されます。特定のブログ投稿のウォッチを選択しない限り、ブログの削除や編集が行われた、またはコメントされた場合は通知されません。
To stop getting notified when new blog posts are added to the space, uncheck that option from the More actions menu.

You can receive notifications about changes to the content of pages, live doc, whiteboards, blog posts and comments from all spaces on a Confluence site.
サイト内のコンテンツに対する変更のウォッチを開始するには:

すべての新規ブログ投稿のウォッチを開始するには:
ナビゲーションの右側にある自分のプロファイル画像 > [設定] の順に選択します。

ウォッチ中の全コンテンツを 1 つの場所で管理する
ユーザー プロファイル内のウォッチページに、現在ウォッチしているすべてのページとスペースのリストが表示されます。
ウォッチしているコンテンツを管理するには、次を実行します。
画面右上に表示される [プロファイル画像] を選択して、次に [設定] を選択します。
[ウォッチ] を選択します。
不要になったスペースまたはページのウォッチの中止を選択します。
メール メッセージからウォッチ中のコンテンツを管理する
Confluence から受け取るメール通知には、メールメッセージの下部に便利なリンクがあります。各メッセージにあるリンクは、文脈に応じて異なります。一般的に、リンクを使用してオンラインでページを表示したり、コメントに返信したりすることができます。
特に、通知設定に関しては、次のリンクが１つ以上表示されます。
Stop watching content – Select this link to stop watching the content that triggered the email notification.
スペースのウォッチを停止 – このリンクを選択して、メール通知をトリガーしたスペースのウォッチを停止します。
このユーザーのフォローを停止 – このリンクを選択して、メール通知をトリガーした更新元のユーザーのフォローを停止します。
通知の管理 – このリンクを選択して、ユーザー プロファイルのメール設定ページに進みます。
自動ウォッチなどの通知オプション
By default, Confluence will assign you as a watcher of any content that you create or edit. This behavior is called 'autowatch'. You can turn autowatch on or off, and set other notification options, in the email settings section of your user profile. See Edit your user settings.
