Configure the default All work navigator

Jira アプリケーションでは、表示されたあらゆる検索結果で一覧ビューを使用し、検索結果の表の列を変更できます。表示されている列を変更する手順は次のとおりです。

1. Select Columns at top right of the All work table.

2. 含める列にチェックを入れて [完了] を選択します。

To sort work items, click on a column header. To rearrange the column layout, click and hold on a column header, then drag it to your desired location.

ユーザー既定値、フィルター、およびシステム

If the currently selected button is My Defaults, this indicates that the columns you are seeing are from your user account preferences. Filter is an available option whenever the work item search results come from a saved filter.

Jira 管理者には [システム] タブも表示されます。このタブでは、独自の既定設定を行っていないすべてのユーザーに表示される列を変更できます。既定の列の構成時には管理者の権限は無視されるため、管理者は、表示権限を持っていないプロジェクトからプロジェクト固有のカスタム フィールドを追加できます。このフィールドは、表示権限を持たないユーザーに表示されることはありません。

独自のフィルターの列構成を変更する

If you're searching using a saved filter and if the filter is owned by you, use the Filter tab to customize the columns displayed when users see results from that filter. When sharing a filter with others, it can be helpful to choose the relevant columns that best display the information returned in the search. For example, if your filter searches for work items that are open bugs, you may decide to remove the columns for status and work type for that filter since they will all be the same.

フィルターには必ずしも構成済みの列があるとは限りませんが、構成済みの列が存在する場合、それらが表示されます。これは、ユーザーが [ユーザー既定値] タブを使用して独自の既定設定を使用する選択をしている場合を除きます。

独自のフィルターで表示される列を変更するには、次の手順に従います。

1. フィルターの名前を選択します。

2. 現在表示されている列の右上にある [列] を選択します。

リスト ビューで列のサイズを変更する

To resize columns in the All work navigator list view, go to the navigator by selecting All work in the project sidebar. Alternatively, select Filters, then select View all work items.

一覧ビューから、列の右端をドラッグしてサイズを変更します。 または、表見出しの [その他のアクション ] (︙) メニューを選択し、[ 列のサイズ変更] を選択します。

トラブルシューティング

列を見つけられない場合、次の制限に該当していないかどうかを確認します。

• You can only see columns for work item fields that have not been hidden and that you have permissions to see.

• 既存のカスタム フィールドを列リストに追加できますが、これは、フィールドが表示可能でユーザーが適切な権限を持っている場合に限ります。

• Some project-specific custom fields, even if selected, don't appear in the navigator for all work items. Project-specific custom fields will be shown only if the filter has been restricted to that project only.

• Work type custom fields aren't displayed by default in the navigator. But, if you include the work type configured for the custom field in the query, you can select the custom field in the column configuration dialog to add the custom field to the navigator.
