Manage work type screens
What is a work type screen scheme?
作業タイプ画面スキームは、画面スキーム (画面と作業項目操作のマッピングを定義する) と作業タイプを関連付けます。これにより、作業タイプ画面スキームを利用すると、特定の Jira プロジェクト内で同じ作業項目操作 (例: 作業項目の作成) に対し、作業タイプごとに異なる画面を指定できます。
By default, your Jira system contains a work type screen scheme that's called a default work type screen scheme. You may want to edit this scheme or copy it to make a new one.
Configuring a work type screen scheme
The configuration of a work type screen scheme involves associating a work type(s) with a particular screen scheme. For example, associating the 'Bug' work type with the 'Default Screen Scheme', and then associating the 'Improvement' work type with the 'Improvement Screen Scheme'.

Associating a work type with a screen scheme
Select > Work items.
Select Screens > Work Type Screen Schemes to open the View Work Type Screen Schemes page.
Select Configure next to the desired work type screen scheme.
Select Associate a work type with a Screen Scheme and select the following options:
Select a work type you wish to associate a screen scheme with.
希望する画面スキームを選択します。
[追加] を選択すると、上記の関連付けリストに新しい関連付けが追加されます。
注意:
There can only be one association for each work type. If all work types have been associated with a screen scheme, you can use the Edit link next to each entry to change the screen scheme that is associated with it.
If there is no specific entry for a work type, the screen scheme associated with the Default entry will be used.
関連付けの編集
Select > Work items.
Select Screens > Work Type Screen Schemes to open the View Work Type Screen Schemes page.
Select Configure next to the desired work type screen scheme, which opens the Configure Work Type Screen Scheme page (see above).
Select Edit next to the work type you wish to edit, which displays the Edit Work Type Screen Scheme Entry page.
関連付けを変更する画面 > [更新] の順に選択します。
関連付けの削除
Select > Work items.
Select Screens > Work Type Screen Schemes to open the View Work Type Screen Schemes page.
Select Configure next to the desired work type screen scheme, which opens the Configure Work Type Screen Scheme page (see above).
Select Delete next to the work item operation you wish to remove.
The Default entry is used for all work types that do not have a specific entry in the scheme. It cannot be deleted.
Adding a work type screen scheme
Select > Work items.
Select Screens > Work Type Screen Schemes to open the View Work Type Screen Schemes page.
Select Add Work Type Screen Scheme.
新しいスキームの名前を入力します。オプションとして、説明を追加できます。
新しいスキームの [既定] エントリの画面スキームを選択します。既定エントリは、スキームに特定のマッピングがない作業タイプに使用されます。
Select Add. The screen will automatically update the Work Type Screen Schemes list with the new work type screen scheme.
Editing a work type screen scheme
Select > Work items.
Select Screens > Work Type Screen Schemes to open the View Work Type Screen Schemes page.
Select Edit next to the desired work type screen scheme to open the Edit Work Type Screen Scheme page, where you can edit the work type screen scheme's name and description, as well as the screen scheme of the Default entry.
[更新] を選択すると、[作業タイプ画面スキームを表示] ページに戻り、更新内容が [作業タイプ画面スキーム] リストに適用されます。
Deleting a work type screen scheme
Select > Work items.
Select Screens > Work Type Screen Schemes to open the View Work Type Screen Schemes page.
Select Delete next to the work type screen scheme you wish to delete.
Work type screen schemes that are associated with a project cannot be deleted.
Copying a work type screen scheme
Select > Work items.
Select Screens > Work Type Screen Schemes to open the View Work Type Screen Schemes page.
Select Copy next to the field screen you wish to copy, which opens the Copy Work Type Screen Scheme page.
Enter the name and description of the new work type screen scheme, and select Copy.
Associating a work type screen scheme with a project
作業タイプ画面スキームを作成して希望の設定に設定すれば、スキームをプロジェクトと関連付けることができます。これにより、選択した画面スキームが、選択したプロジェクト内の各作業タイプに適用されます。
[設定] > [プロジェクト] の順に選択します。
名前を選択することで、設定するプロジェクトを選択します。
画面を選択します。
[アクション] ドロップダウン メニュー > [別のスキームを使用] の順に選択します。
このプロジェクトと関連付ける画面スキームを選択します。
[関連付け] を選択します。
プロジェクトに適用する作業タイプをコントロールするには、「作業タイプとプロジェクトを関連付ける」を参照してください。
