In Jira, a screen is a layout of fields that are displayed to your team when they do something on a work item.

画面をチームのワークフローの特定のトランジションにマッピングして、重要な段階で適切な情報を確実に取得することが可能です。たとえば、バグが「進行中」から「完了」に移行したときにポップアップ表示される「バグが解決されました」という画面を作成し、「修正バージョン」や「解決策」などのフィールドを表示されることができます。

このページでは、画面をワークフローのトランジションにマッピングする方法について説明します。

1. Go to Jira settings (), then select Work items and then Workflows.

2. Find the workflow you want to edit. In the Actions column, select More (…), then Edit.

3. Select the transition (the arrow between two statuses) where you want the screen to display. For example, if you select an In progress → Done transition, then the screen will display when a person moves work from In progress to Done.

4. Select Add () next to Rules in the details panel.

5. In the rule types, go to Validate details, then select Show a screen.

6. From the dropdown menu, under Select a screen, find the pre-created screen. Select Add.

7. Select Update workflow to save your changes. This will update all projects that use this workflow.

In the old workflow editor:

1. 選択したトランジションの下で [編集] を選択します。

2. [画面] で、作業項目がこのトランジションを使用するときに表示される画面を選択し、[保存] を選択します。

3. [下書きの公開] をクリックします。

トラブルシューティング

ワークフローの編集中に、エラー You cannot perform this operation on a draft workflow が表示されることがあります。このような場合は、まずワークフローのコピーを作成し、トランジションを変更してから、コピーしたバージョンを有効にする必要があります。方法は次のとおりです。

1. Go to Jira settings (), then select Work items and then Workflows.

2. Find the workflow you want to edit. In the Actions column, select More (…),then Copy for the workflow that you’d like to map a screen to.

3. 上記のステップ 3 から 5 に従って、コピーしたワークフローを編集します。

4. In the side navigation, under Workflows, select Workflow schemes.

5. ワークフローが使用しているワークフロー スキームを見つけて、[編集] を選択します。

6. Select Add workflow, then Add existing and find the name of the copied workflow. Follow the prompts to map work types to the new workflow.

7. [公開] を選択します。
