フィールド動作の指定
フィールドの構成では、Jira インストールで利用可能なすべてのフィールドの動作を定義します。これには、"システム" フィールドと呼ばれる Jira 独自の固定 / 組み込みフィールドや、カスタム フィールドも含まれます。
各フィールドについて、フィールドの設定を指定します：
作業項目の編集時にフィールドの下に表示される説明
フィールドの必須 (値が指定されていることを確認するためのフィールドの検証) / 任意
(テキスト フィールドのみ) 使用するレンダラー
You can add new fields to a field configuration to make them available in associated projects.
You can remove a field from the field configuration. Removed fields will not accessible in projects and work types that use this field configuration. Removing a field does not delete it - the field will remain available to use in other field configurations.
次のすべての手順を行うには、Jira 管理者 グローバル権限を持つユーザーとしてログインする必要があります。
When defining field behavior for one or more Jira projects and the fields used by the work types in these projects, you typically start by adding one or more new field configurations (see below). You then begin modifying the behavior of individual fields in these new field configurations.
A new field configuration should be added for each project and work type combination which requires specific fields to be present and/or fields that express unique behavior. You can then associate each new field configuration with a different work type through a field configuration scheme. A field configuration scheme can then be associated with one or more projects.

You can create multiple field configurations for use on separate projects and work types.
Multiple field configurations are organized into field configuration schemes, which associate field configurations with work types.
A scheme can then be associated with one or more projects, allowing you to control fields on a per project, per work type basis. See Associating field behavior with work types for more information.
既定のフィールド設定について
Jira がインストールされると、既定のフィールド構成が自動的に作成されます。すべての新しいプロジェクトがこの構成に関連付けられます。この構成は、フィールド構成スキームに関連付けられていないプロジェクトでも使用されます。

フィールド設定の追加
Select > Work items.
[フィールド] で [フィールド設定] を選択すると、すべてのフィールド設定を表示できます。
[フィールド設定の追加] ボタンをクリックして [フィールド設定の追加] ダイアログ ボックスを開きます。
[フィールド設定を追加] ダイアログ ボックスに次の情報を入力します。
名前 — 新しいフィールド設定をうまく説明する短いフレーズを入力します。
説明 (任意ですが推奨) — このフィールド設定を使用すべき状況について簡単な説明文を入力します。
[追加] ボタンをクリックし、Jira に新しいフィールド設定を追加します。 新しいフィールド設定を追加したら、そのフィールドの動作を変更できます (下記参照)。[フィールド設定の表示] ページが表示されます。ここでは新しいフィールド設定のフィールドの動作を変更できます。詳細については「フィールドの動作を指定する (ステップ 4 以降)」をご参照ください。
新しく作成されたフィールド設定は以下を実行しないかぎり有効になりません。

フィールド設定を編集する
[編集] のリンクからは、個々のフィールドではなく、フィールド設定の [名前] と [説明] を編集できます。個々のフィールドを変更する場合は、「フィールド動作の変更」(後述) を参照してください。
Select > Work items.
[フィールド] で [フィールド設定] を選択すると、すべてのフィールド設定を表示できます。
編集するフィールド設定の横にある [編集] リンクをクリックします。
[フィールド設定の編集] ページで、フィールド設定の [名前] と [説明] を編集します。
フィールド設定を削除する
フィールド設定スキームと関連付けられていないフィールド設定のみを削除できます。1 つ以上のフィールド設定スキームに関連付けられたフィールド設定では、[削除] リンクは利用できません。
フィールド設定を削除するには次の方法を利用します。
Select > Work items.
[フィールド] で [フィールド設定] を選択すると、すべてのフィールド設定を表示できます。
削除するフィールド設定の横にある [削除] リンクをクリックします。
フィールド設定をコピーする
Select > Work items.
[フィールド] で [フィールド設定] を選択すると、すべてのフィールド設定を表示できます。
コピーするフィールド設定の横にある [コピー] リンクをクリックします。
[フィールド設定のコピー] ページで、コピーするフィールド設定の [名前] と [説明] を指定します。
フィールドの動作を変更する
Jiraのフィールドの動作を変更するには、それらのフィールドが定義されているフィールドの設定を変更する必要があります。
Select > Work items.
[フィールド] で [フィールド設定] を選択すると、すべてのフィールド設定を表示できます。
対象のフィールド設定を見つけて [構成] リンクをクリックし、[フィールド設定の表示] ページを開くと、そのフィールド設定についての、Jira インストール内のすべてのシステム フィールドおよびカスタム フィールドが一覧表示されます。
[操作] 列では、任意のフィールドに対して次の操作を実行できます。
Edit — change the field's description (i.e. help text) and renderer (see Configuring renderers for more information)
Remove a field from this field configuration
必須 / 任意 — フィールドを必須または任意に設定します。必須に設定した場合は、フィールド編集時に常に値を指定する必要があります。
フィールドの説明を編集する
フィールドの説明を追加することで、フィールドの意味をより明確に理解できます。これらの説明は、通常、作業項目の作成または編集時に関連付けられているフィールドの下に表示されます。
Select > Work items.
[フィールド] で [フィールド設定] を選択すると、すべてのフィールド設定を表示できます。
対象のフィールド設定を見つけ、[編集] をクリックします。
必要に応じて説明を変更します。
追加ボタンをクリックして、保存します。
フィールドの説明は任意です。フィールド設定のフィールドの説明を空のままにすると、フィールドは元のカスタム フィールドの説明を継承し、変更は元の説明に反映されます。特に必要がない限り、フィールドに新しい説明を設定しないことをお勧めします。
フィールドの必須、任意の設定
組織内の特定のフィールドが、作業項目に必ず必要になることも考えられます。このような場合、フィールドを必須に設定できます。これにより、作業項目が編集されるたびに、フィールド値が付与されたことを Jira が検証します。もしも必須フィールドに値が指定されていない場合、Jira はフィールドへの入力が必要であることをユーザーに知らせるエラーを返します。
Follow the first three steps above (in Modify field behavior) to access the field configuration whose fields you wish to make required or optional. When viewing a field configuration, fields which are required have that indication next to their name.
次のいずれかを行います。
To make a field mandatory when used through Jira's user interface, click the Required toggle associated with that field so that it shows a check mark. Hidden fields cannot be set as required.
To make a field optional when used through Jira's user interface, click the Required toggle associated with that field so that it shows a cross mark. Hidden fields cannot be set as required.
フィールドを必須として設定する場合、そのフィールドが作業項目作成画面に存在することを確認します。
プロジェクトや作業タイプごとに異なるフィールド設定を使用できることに注意してください (「フィールド動作を作業タイプと関連付ける」を参照)。このため、すべての関連プロジェクトと作業タイプの作業項目作成画面上にすべての必須フィールドがあることを確認する必要があります (「画面および作業項目操作マッピングと作業タイプを関連付ける」を参照)。
1 つのトランジションにのみフィールドを必須にする機能のリクエスト チケット (JRA-5783) が存在します。興味がある場合は、その作業項目のステータス更新をウォッチしてください。
フィールドのレンダラーを変更する
特定のフィールドのレンダラーを変更する前に「レンダラーの構成」を参照し、特に「Jira 操作への影響」セクションをご確認ください。
Select > Work items.
[フィールド] で [フィールド設定] を選択すると、すべてのフィールド設定を表示できます。
Locate the field configuration of interest and click Renderers. This will open a dialog where you will have the option to select a renderer.
使用するレンダラーを選択して [更新] をクリックします。
フィールド設定を表示すると (上記参照) [名前] 列にレンダリング可能なすべてのフィールドで有効化されているレンダラーが表示されて、現在のレンダラーはフィールド名のすぐ下に括弧書きで表示されます。
レンダラーを変更すると、Jira フィールドのコンテンツの表示方法または複数選択フィールドとユーザーが相互作用する方法にのみ影響します。システムに存在する作業項目データには影響しません。 したがって、レンダラータイプ間を安全に切り替えることができます。
