Give app access to a user so they can collaborate with other users in your apps. If the user isn’t in your organization, invite them to your organization first.
Sometimes multiple users in your organization need the same access to apps. You can manage their access together by adding these users to a group and assigning app roles to the group. Read about groups

Give app access to a user

To give app access to a user:
移動 [アトラシアンの管理] に移動します。組織が複数ある場合は、対象の組織を選択します。
[ディレクトリ] > [ユーザー] の順に選択します。
ユーザーを選択します。
Select Grant access to see a list of apps in your organization.
Select a role for the app the user needs access to.
[アクセスを更新] を選択します。
Default groups that give access to more than one app
When you give app access to a user, we add them to the default group for that app. If the default group for an app has been modified to also give access to other apps, a user access admin for that app only won’t be able to give users access to that app. This is so the user access admin doesn’t inadvertently give access to other apps they’re not allowed to manage. The user access admin can still give users access to the app they administer by adding them to another group that has access to that app.

To give app access to a group:

Select Add app and follow the prompts.
We email users to invite them to start using the new app. If a user already has access to that app, we won’t email them.
You can automate this process with the Assign roles to group API.
To give multiple groups access to the same app:

Select Apps.
Select Manage App for the app that your groups need access to.
Select Add groups and follow the prompts.
Give anonymous users access to apps
匿名ユーザーに Confluence、Jira、または Jira Service Management へのアクセス権を付与できます。匿名ユーザーとは、ログインしていない人です。これらのユーザーは利用プランにカウントされません。

Select Add app to view a list of apps the group doesn’t have access to.
Select a role for the app the group needs access to.

If you don’t see the app in Add app, the group may already have access to that app. Check Group app access in the group profile and change their role if you need to.
